- We strive to ship all products ordered from IrishJewelry.com within 24 to 48 hours from when we receive the order, during normal business days (Monday through Friday).
- However, due to unusually high order volume or other unforeseeable circumstances, processing time may be longer. Online orders placed using registered accounts may be tracked at IrishJewelry.com. - Delivery times are based on the chosen shipping option. All orders are currently shipped via UPS and may only be delivered to a physical address – no deliveries to PO Box addresses.

- Returns & Replacements
- Customers may return any jewelry ordered, within 7 days of product delivery (based on UPS tracking information) for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, provided the jewelry is returned in the same condition as it was when mailed out.
- Store Credit will be awarded for the amount paid for the returned product(s) in the form of a COUPON CODE, which may be used during checkout on IrishJewelry.com. Each COUPON CODE is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

- By placing an order on IrishJewelry.com, the customer certifies that they have not falsified any billing information including credit card numbers, and that they will adhere to the terms and conditions on this page.
